Integrated Planning and Advisory Cell (I-PAC) at Meghalaya Basin Development Authority

The Integrated Planning and Advisory Cell (I-PAC) at the Meghalaya Basin Development Authority, located in the scenic city of Shillong, has undergone a remarkable transformation with a cutting-edge audio conferencing system. Spearheaded by Cineworth Sales & Service, the project leveraged innovative products from Erthpot, a leading made-in-India brand known for its advanced and affordable audio solutions.

The Government of Meghalaya required a reliable and feature-rich conferencing setup to improve communication during meetings. Their specific needs included Chairman and Delegate units, Audio IO on USB for seamless video conferencing, and the unique “Look-at-Me” feature for effective speaker identification. Cineworth Sales & Service provided a thoughtful and efficient solution, installing the Erthpot NCS-C Chairman Mic and NC-5D Delegate Mic to ensure crystal-clear communication. The system was powered by the Erthpot NCS-110CU controller, with digital signal processing handled by the Erthpot Keyer 44. A third-party amplifier, speakers, video wall, and PTZ camera completed the comprehensive setup, creating a high-performing and cohesive conferencing environment.

Remarkably, the entire installation was completed in just four days, minimizing downtime and enabling the immediate use of the new system. The results were transformative: superior audio quality enhanced meeting clarity, the Audio IO on USB enabled seamless video conferencing integration, and the “Look-at-Me” feature streamlined speaker identification. The solution’s reliability and efficiency exceeded client expectations, as noted by T J Enterprises: “The system has significantly improved our meetings with its clarity, reliability, and advanced features, all at a very reasonable price.”

This project exemplifies Erthpot’s commitment to democratizing innovation by providing advanced technology that caters to diverse needs. Cineworth Sales & Service’s expertise, combined with Erthpot’s high-quality products, has set a new benchmark in government communication systems, enhancing productivity and collaboration in vital operations.
