The Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI) in Bangalore sought to upgrade the audio quality in their training classroom, designed to accommodate around 50 attendees. Their goal was to create a seamless audio experience for discussions, presentations, and training sessions, ensuring clarity and coverage across the room. To achieve this, FKCCI partnered with Hansa Pictures, a trusted audio integrator, for a professional installation using advanced solutions from Erthpot.
The installation included cutting-edge equipment to address the classroom’s diverse seating arrangement. The integrator strategically deployed 2 NCS 5CF chairman microphones, 16 NCS 5DF delegate microphones, 18 NGM 516 gooseneck microphones, and 1 NCS 110CU central control microphone. Each microphone was shared between 2 to 3 attendees, optimizing coverage while maintaining high sound clarity. The project required meticulous planning to ensure flawless communication during sessions, with Erthpot’s reliable and flexible solutions meeting these unique challenges.
Despite the complexities of the seating arrangement, the project was successfully completed within one month. The installation and testing process ensured exceptional audio clarity in every corner of the room. FKCCI’s training sessions now benefit from seamless communication, enabling participants to engage effectively.
