The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), New Delhi—India’s national standards body—required a modern, high-performance conference system to support strategic meetings, collaborative sessions, and high-level discussions. To meet this need, BIS partnered with Erthpot, trusting our expertise in professional audio, digital processing, and integrated conferencing solutions.
At Erthpot, we designed and executed a complete audio and conferencing upgrade across two advanced conference rooms, ensuring seamless communication and a future-ready meeting environment.
• Intelligent Microphone Coverage
We installed 56 units of Erthpot VI 60DB wired boundary microphones, ensuring uniform audio pickup from every seat. Known for exceptional speech clarity, these microphones make every participant distinctly audible, even in large meetings.
• Advanced Digital Processing & Control
To manage discussions efficiently, we integrated:
3 units of Keyer88
4 units of Keyer1616
These digital processing and control systems give moderators full command over active microphones, preventing overlap and ensuring structured, distraction-free communication.
• High-Quality Loudspeaker System
For audio output, the rooms were equipped with:
NEO 5 passive loudspeakers
NEO 5 IP loudspeakers (IP65-rated for durability and outdoor readiness)
This combination ensures consistent sound coverage with reliability, performance, and long-term robustness.
• Powerful Amplification & Flexible Zoning
We added four units of Mark PM 2404 BT amplifiers, offering:
240 W @ L100V or 160 W @ 4 Ohm
USB, SD/MMC, FM & Bluetooth playback
Four audio zones with independent volume control
This allows balanced sound distribution tailored to complex conference room designs.
