Effective communication is the foundation of strong leadership. Recognizing this, Erthpot had the honor of designing and implementing a state-of-the-art conference room audio system for C. R. Patil, Union Minister of Jal Shakti, Government of India. The installation aimed to create a technologically advanced, aesthetically refined meeting space that enables clear, productive, and confidential communication.
The goal was to design a professional conferencing solution offering exceptional speech clarity, user-friendly operation, and uniform sound coverage. This setup needed to perform seamlessly across formal meetings, policy discussions, and private deliberations.
To achieve this, Erthpot deployed a combination of premium conferencing and audio processing systems, including:
• 14 NCS 5D Delegate Unit Conference Microphones
• 1 NCS 5C Chairman Unit Conference Microphone
• 2 ACS-925iD Integrated Column Networked Loudspeakers
• 1 Keyer DSP 88D Digital Signal Processor
Each NCS 5D Delegate Unit was strategically installed across the conference table, providing every participant with a dedicated microphone to ensure clear and direct communication. The NCS 5C Chairman Unit, positioned at the head of the table, offered enhanced control features—allowing the Minister to manage discussions effectively and maintain meeting flow.
For sound reinforcement, Erthpot integrated two ACS-925iD Networked Column Loudspeakers. With their slim design and powerful performance, they delivered even sound coverage while blending seamlessly into the room’s interiors.
At the system’s core, the Keyer DSP 88D Digital Signal Processor managed advanced signal routing, equalization, and feedback suppression. This intelligent processing unit optimized the room’s acoustics, providing a stable, immersive audio experience suited for both small and large-scale meetings.
